Description
They are occasionally incorrectly referred to as “white ants.” In one family, there are anywhere from a few hundred to several million termites.Their major objective is to cooperate in a structured manner in order to locate and utilise cellulose food sources in order to grow a larger colony. The workers, soldiers, alates (reproductive men and females), queen, king, and nursery termites are among the colony's specialist members. The majority of workers rarely grow longer than 10 mm and have light-colored bodies. They resemble a rice grain. They hunt for food both during the day and at night. They seldom ever emerge from the pitch-black tunnels that connect the colony with the wooden frames of buildings. They care for the nymphs, the queen, and her offspring.
